I like this photo because of how the light is on the left side of her. So it allows the one side of her face to be much brighter then the other and create a nice shadow forming around her face. I also like how its interesting that the lighting goes form light to dark around her face creating a sense of completion around her face.
I like this photo because the lighting is showing only who people see him to be, and maybe not who he is. And how the lighting also highlights the scars on his face, showing his past through his physical appearance, showing us that even though he is young, he can go through hard times just like adults can. I also like how he's coming out of the shadows, and not his past and leaving his dark past behind him.
