In this photograph, Phil Borges is able to capture the beauty of the background and the blandness of the children"s clothing and expressions. To prove this, he edits the photo to make it in black and white but viewers can still see how amazing the landscape is even without the colors. The photograph mainly focuses on the children, their skin is the only thing in color in the photo. For my portrait project I want to photograph students behind their uniforms to find out what their style is. For example, an athlete could have a jersey on, but at school, they are only known for who they are n their uniform.
