The person that is observing the photo is establishing a state of unity. The photo presents an asymmetrical balance. The colors all flow together and the birds feathers present a very interesting yet simplistic texture that helps the viewer establish a state of simplicity. I believe the photo does a great job of emphasis. The emphasis of the photo is on the eagle's beak. Its bright shade of yellow helps to enforce this element. The one flaw this photo possesses is that their is light shining of the bird's beak.
