This picture represents movement the most in elements of design. As I look at this picture my eyes focus on the bubbles on the surface of the water and then my focus moves to the girl in the water. On another note, I think that the picture should have had a little more light exposure and contrast. Proportion should also have been included in this picture by adding the rest of the girl's body. It is bothersome that half of her arm is cut off. I also think that there could have been more emphasis by having the girl wear a different outfit or something more interesting that says something about the girl. Even though it is interesting that the girl has a shirt that appears to say happy, drowning or sinking at the bottom of a pool seems to be something that is not happy.
