Phoebe

Phoebe took many photos of the city, and other outdoor activities. Looking at these photos I would assume that Phoebe parties a lot and enjoys being outdoors. One of the pictures Phoebe took was a concert, so that confirms that she is hardcore party person. Most of her photos have dark lighting, so this must mean Phoebe is a night partier
