Carter Stankard

           After looking at Carter Stankard's photos, I would make the assumption that he has retro yet modernized taste in artwork, even if the two words contradict each other. The effects he put on a majority his photos had a bright and colorful tint, contributing to the old-fashioned theme. The images that did not have this particular effect added to his modern theme, because the objects he took photos of remind me of something you would see in an urban area. I like the angles at which he took the photographs and the effects he put on them because they help to define his personality. Also, every photo he took is similar in some way, even if they do not appear to be. In addition to this, Carter seems to enjoy being outside and going places. Overall, Carter is very artistic and has a unique taste in photography!
