I personally feel that this photo was my best color wise. After reading about a color's effects on a photo, I learned that color choice is actually very important in order for an image to be successful. Although the color red generally causes a rise in blood pressure and the color blue generally calms the mind, I feel that putting the two in the same picture creates a nice balance in color. I also like this photo because red, orange, and yellow are all warm and high-arosal colors, so they create a sense of unity. In addition to this, the yellow and red on the side make the color orange (in the center) when blended together, and I think this creates the feeling of unity, as well. When I look at this photo, I feel calm and united. Overall, I believe that this image has nice color composition and that it is appealing to the eye. The color combination does not give the viewer trouble differentiating the colors. Instead, it creates the feeling of unity for them.
